By accessing or using April through WhatsApp, Telegram, or any related service ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
April allows users to send messages within WhatsApp and Telegram to perform financial actions, including buying and selling cryptocurrency (onramp/offramp) and transferring funds to linked bank accounts. April interprets user requests and executes them subject to verification, balance checks, and applicable limits.
3. Crypto Services Powered by Busha
Cryptocurrency onramp and offramp services offered through April are powered by Busha, our licensed digital asset exchange partner. By using April's crypto services, you also agree to be bound by Busha's own policies, including its Terms of Use and AML/KYC Policy. We encourage you to review both documents directly.
4. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. April may restrict or decline service to users who do not meet applicable requirements.
5. Account & Security
You are responsible for keeping your PIN and account credentials confidential. Every transaction requires PIN confirmation before it executes. You are responsible for any activity confirmed with your PIN.
6. Fees
Applicable fees, if any, will be shown before you confirm a transaction. April does not charge fees that were not disclosed to you prior to confirmation.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, including fraud, money laundering, or transactions involving prohibited assets or jurisdictions.
8. Limitation of Liability
April is not liable for losses arising from incorrect information provided by you, unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials, or events beyond April's reasonable control.
9. Changes to These Terms
April may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
